Returns & Exchanges

Thom Browne offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags and signature packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and fragrances are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit the 'Orders' section of your account or use the guest return portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original Thom Browne packaging and include the printed return form inside the box before sealing it securely.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location or schedule a collection; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
